Today will be a long post, it more like a story...

Well I woke up at 7.30 and made myself some eggs and coffee and packed for today expedition. Called Syuk twice which he was still sleeping. I was thinking to myself if he wasn't awake by 9am I don't care and go back to sleep. He called me back 20 mins later so it was still on. So I left my house at 8.45am and started my journey to east coast park. I expected it to be a 2 hour journey but it was like only 1 hour so I was kinda fast. While going there, clouds started to gather and I was praying and hoping it wouldn't rain. I reached at around 9.50am and met Syuk at 10.35am. Don't ask me what happened between that 30mins or so cause the only thing i remembered was taking a break and eating my bread. Met him at Area H of ECP. Took a break cause by then I was already tired. So we set off at 10.55am towards the Bedok park connector. It was like 6Km I suppose.

On the way it started to get dark and could hear thunder but we didn't care. Reaching bedok reservoir, it started to pour and pour and pour. So we switched over to the Tampines park connector and headed towards sun plaza park. On the way we saw a malay guy in a wheelchair and so Syuk told me we should help so I asked him to go while I took care of the bike. So he pushed the guy to the busstop. Good Deed of the Day Syuk! After that, we made our way to Sunplaza park and crossed over to Pasir Ris Park Connector. Don't forget it's still raining. By here we already covered at least 15-18Km. We took the route towards downtown east and headed towards changi beach. Yes Changi Beach. It was like 7-8Km and by now i'm like super damn tired already. Just going up hill I had to push my bike. Up and down and up and down and we arrived the Loyang Park Connector. It would take another 5Km to reach Changi Beach so that's makes around 28-30Km. Made it to Changi Beach in one piece but all soaked. Head to toe but that ain't the end.

We decided to take a break at one of the shelter at Changi Beach and eat some snacks. Once! we started off again, it started to pour and I mean REALLY POUR. The wind and rain really cause a chill. We carried on stopping and carrying on. We couldn't take it man it was freezing! We were still in Changi Beach we haven't got on the coastal park connector. Once we reach the coastal connector. It seems like forever. Strong winds! Heavy Rain! Tired! gives you 7.9Km makes it eternity literally I was sooooo drained mentally and physically. Syuk was like freezing hahaha!

Imagine, a straight road for 5km, strong hurling winds and rain and a few shelter stops only. It was literally self-torture. I was shivering, totally soaked and syuk was like wanna give up. Lucky you didn't man! Hoho. It is just just just WOW! It was already 2+ pm and we had like 1/3 journey left. Around 2.45 we finally reached ECP and it was still raining, I'm tired, itchy, dirty and cold to death! We really had to take a lunch break. He ate Mee Rebus and I had char kuay teow! Woohoo! So after that amazing lunch though it was not so amazing but when your tired, anything is amazing haha. 

So at 3.30 we left, syuk took his way and I took mine. Back the same way in the rain and that sucks! I reached home at 6+ =) I was like so indescribable but it was a fanstatic day. Rain and all gives the thrill. For those who wanna go PLEASE! bring a poncho or windbreaker and something warm if you know it's gonna rain non-stop AND mentally and physically fit. =)

Now while typing these, I'm wearing a jacket and long pants. So I think I got a chill. Hope to be better tomorrow. Here are some pics of today
